Data Analysis Examples

Example 1: Service Performance Analysis

Scenario: Analyze the performance of each service this month

Steps:

  1. Go to the Service Statistics page
  2. Select time range: This Month
  3. View success rates and transaction volumes for each service

Analysis Points:

  • Services with success rates below 90% need attention

Scenario: Compare the performance of the same service across different channels

Steps:

  1. Go to Success Rate Statistics
  2. Select a specific service
  3. View success rates grouped by channel

Analysis Points:

FAQ

Q: Why do the statistics and order records not match?

A: Possible reasons:

  1. Statistics have a cache delay; wait a few minutes and re-query
  2. Time range selection is inconsistent
  3. Filter conditions are different

Q: What to do when the success rate drops suddenly?

A: Troubleshooting steps:

  1. Determine if it is an overall drop or specific to certain services/channels
  2. Review the error reasons for failed orders
  3. Check channel status and balance
  4. Contact the upstream channel to confirm if there are issues

Q: How to compare data between two time periods?

A:

  1. Query the two time periods separately
  2. Export the data to Excel
  3. Use Excel for comparison calculations

Q: How often are statistics updated?

A:

  • Real-time statistics: Updated every minute
  • Aggregated statistics: Updated every hour
  • Historical data: Updated daily at midnight

Data Accuracy

Statistical Rules

Orders included in statistics:

  • Completed orders (Success / Failed)
  • Calculated by completion time

Not included in statistics:

  • In-progress orders
  • Closed orders (in some statistics)

[!IMPORTANT] Statistical data is based on order completion time, not creation time. Therefore, orders created today but completed tomorrow will be counted in tomorrow's statistics.
