Agent Management

The Agent Management module is used to manage the platform's agent system, including agent data, rate configuration, and service management.

Feature Overview​

This module provides the following functions:

Agent List​

View and manage all agent information, including:

  • Agent ID and name
  • Contact email
  • Parent agent relationship
  • Agent service rate configuration

Agent Channel Table​

Manage payment channels available to agents.

Agent Service Table​

Manage agent service rate settings to control agent earnings.

Create Agent​

Create new agent accounts with basic information and rates.

Update Agent​

Edit existing agent data and configuration.

Agent Hierarchy​

The system supports multi-level agent structure:

  • Master Agent
    • Level 1 Agent
      • Level 2 Agent
        • Merchant

Each agent's rate must be lower than their subordinate agents/merchants to ensure profit margin.

Agent Rates​

Rate Types​

  • Fixed Fee: A fixed amount charged per order
  • Permillage Rate: Charged as permillage of order amount

Rate Calculation​

Agent Profit = Merchant Rate - Agent Rate

Common Operations​

  1. Add Agent - Click "Add Agent" button to create new agent
  2. View Agents - View all agent information in the agent list
  3. Modify Rates - Click "Edit" button to adjust agent rates
  4. View Services - Expand agent row to view detailed service configuration
