Merchant Management is the core function of the backstage system, used to manage platform merchant data, service configuration, and channel activation.

Feature Overview​

Merchant List (Platforms)​

View and manage all merchant information:

  • Merchant ID and name
  • UU collection mode
  • Number of activated channels
  • Debug mode status
  • Currency conversion settings
  • Payout review mode

Manage service types and rates available to merchants.

Create new merchant accounts.

Frozen Balance Adjustment​

Manage merchant frozen balances in each channel.

Platform Channel Rates​

Adjust merchant channel rate configuration.

Whitelist Management​

Configure merchant IP whitelists.

Platform Card​

Assign and manage virtual cards for merchants.
