What situations cause a return?
Common reasons a payout order is returned to the "Awaiting Retry" status:
- Blockchain network congestion
- Temporary system maintenance
- Receiving address temporarily unable to accept
⚠️ At this point, the merchant's balance is still frozen and has not been refunded.
How to handle?

| Retry Execution | Click the "Execute" button | System re-attempts the payout |
| Cancel (Refund) | Click the "Cancel (Refund)" button | Immediately refunds the merchant's balance |
